From 330 to 150! I'm sixty-three and 5’8". Three years ago, I could never have imagined I'd be wearing a bikini again--not in a million years!

Married 32 years and he asked me for a divorce...? And I’m glad he did!

My story started with a move. The kids were grown and out of the house so we decided to move.

We’d pretty much had it with Chicago’s freezing winters, shoveling snow and bone chilling wind that cuts right through your clothes.

So, Palm Beach Florida here we come. Say goodbye to the winters once and for all… hello to beautiful white sand beaches, warm ocean water and lots of outdoor activity to keep us busy and healthy.

The only problem was i’d gotten to 330, I didn’t want to go outside and the thought of putting on a Bikini was mortifying.

I had experienced swift, unexplainable weight gain before we moved.

I consulted with several doctors, underwent numerous blood tests, everything was normal; except that I was stuck with this excess weight that would not budge.

I felt miserable and depressed because of my weight. I wasn't active at all and I couldn't do all of the things I wanted to.

Plus the relationship I had with my husband was deteriorating. I mean how could I show him affection when I felt the way I did about myself.

Which led to him asking for a divorce? How could I blame him, the real ME was gone and a miserable overweight couch potato was left in my place.

I was feeling hopeless until I heard about a "Simple Daily Ritual" from a lady at the Vets office and decided to check it out.

Here we were, living in a tropical paradise and I couldn’t even enjoy it due to how I’d let my body and most important myself get.

After all those failed diets and feeling hopeless, once I started implementing this daily routine the weight began to melt away.

Not to mention it also helps supports a healthy heart, arteries and blood sugar levels…

You see the real cause of weight gain has nothing to do with:

a. how much you diet, starve or deprive yourself of your favorite foods...

b. How much grueling exercise you do....

c. How much sugar or carbohydrates you eat....

d. Your thyroid, hormones, or metabolism...

e. Or even genetics or the aging process...

You see that's exactly what they want you to believe. That you're broken, that it’s your fault.

Trust me, it’s not your fault!

Which is why doing this 'Daily Ritual' basically changed my life.

Because I was introduced to this strange, but simple "Daily Ritual", I was able to:

a. Eat most of what I wanted when I actually wanted them
b. Never worry about gaining a ton of weight
c. Not have to do a grueling amount of exercise
d. Stop feeling like a complete failure

Plus, I was personally, experiencing these negative health issues less and less that I frequently did due to my weight:

* Inflammation
* Chronic Headaches
* Fatigue
* Severe mood swings
* Uncontrollable hunger/cravings
* Memory loss and fogginess
* Low self-esteem
* Irritability and impatience
* Severe bloating
* Lack of motivation
* Back pain

Staying healthy is a constant, every day decision.

And that’s why I’m so passionate about sharing my daily ritual with you… so you can start your own amazing transformation!

Today, I am 63 and I feel even better than I did at 43!

Now, I finally have ME back. I love going to the beach and yes I wear my bikini with pride.

Divorce is off the table and my relationship with my husband has never been better.

I’ve never seen the woman who planted the seed which began my journey, but I feel like it was meant for me to be at the Vet’s that day.

I really do wish I could thank her... words can’t express my gratitude. She saved my life and my marriage.
